Ingredients
Premium Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea (Camellia sinensis)American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) slices
Suggested Use
Use 5-7g of tea per gaiwan or teapot. Rinse briefly with 95°C (200°F) water, discard, then steep for 30 seconds. Can be steeped 6+ times, adding 10 seconds to each infusion.
Contraindications
