About Premium Silver Needle White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)
Our Silver Needle white tea comes from Fuding, Fujian province - the birthplace of white tea. Made exclusively from the plump, silvery-white buds of Da Bai (Great White) tea trees, each bud is hand-picked in early spring before the leaves unfurl. Minimal processing (only withering and drying) preserves the highest levels of antioxidants of any tea type.

Ingredients
100% White Tea (Camellia sinensis) buds - Bai Hao Yin Zhen
Suggested Use
Use 3-4g of buds per cup or gaiwan. Steep in 75-80°C (170-175°F) water for 2-3 minutes. Can be steeped 3-5 times, adding 30 seconds each time.
Contraindications
Contains small amounts of caffeine. Generally very gentle and well-tolerated.
